Biography
Maike's heart beats for digitization. She firmly believes that digital technologies make life easier for customers and companies. Therefore, she helps businesses to master the challenges posed by digital transformations.
Since 2016, she works for The Retail Performance Company, a joint venture of the BMW Group and the Consultancy h&z. As Subject Matter Expert she is responsible for setting up effective digital touchpoint management in sales and service, embedding it in meaningful customer journeys and creating outstanding customer experiences.
Her roots lie in the telecommunications industry, where she managed projects and teams for companies such as Siemens, Viag Interkom, eplus and Telefónica O2. There - among others - she was responsible for Sales Processes and New Product Launches as well as Vendor Cooperations in Multichannel Management.
