Biography
Beginning of 2018 Sandra Blühdorn joined human&kind, a future design and culture development agency. human&kind supports companies such as Allianz, Bühler, NZZ and Ricolab – the innovation lab of Ricola – on their way to future-readiness, to agile ways of working, to accept the need for change and develop structures for innovation and transformation.
Previous to human&kind Sandra founded and built amongst other WIRED Campus & Consulting, an open academy and consultancy for companies, focusing on innovation and digital transformation. Sandra has a track record of successfully building new products and establishing new lines of business, mainly in the media and entertainment business for companies such as Condé Nast, Axel Springer, SonyMusic & G+J.
