Welcome to the Smart City Expo World Congress (SCEWC) and Tomorrow.Mobility World Congress (TMWC) Side Events Proposal Form.

Your proposal will be evaluated by the organization and selected according to:

Event type, capacity needed and availability of spaces
Quality of the proposal in terms of event content
Innovation in outreach / mobilization strategy to promote attendance
Inclusivity and gender balance among organizing entities and panelists

Once the request is approved, the proposed event will be allocated and confirmed on a first come first served basis.
