FAQ's

1.- How do I register for this activity?

To register for the event, simply click here and complete your profile, following the guidelines.

2.- Is there a fee for taking part in the Professional Meetings?

No, participation is free of charge. The participants of the activity (with scheduled meetings) will receive, a few days before the event, a code to exchange for a free entry. The printed ticket must be presented along with a professional business card.

3.- How and when can I request meetings and receive meeting requests? Will I have any kind of personalized agenda?

To be able to create a meeting agenda you need to be registered for this activity.

The period for scheduling meetings opens from 16th September, and a few days before the event itself, you will be sent an email with information on all your meetings (times, table numbers and information on the people you will be meeting).

4.- Can I change or update my profile once it has been created?

Yes, you can change or update your profile at any time. To do so, simply log on to your profile and change the relevant content.

5.- Where will the meetings take place?

The meetings will be held in the Business Area of Saló Nàutic, located in "Moll de la Fusta" (ANEN’s Stand)

6.- What happens if for any unexpected reason I have to cancel my participation in this activity?

Please notify the organization immediately at (congresos@firabarcelona.com / 0034 93 409 74 82) and if you already have any meetings scheduled, be sure to notify the other participant as well.

Anyone who fails to do this will be barred from taking part in future editions of Professional Meetings.
